Norfred (Pty) Ltd is a family owned and run business established in 2020. Combining different skill sets from the construction industry such as Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management and Health and Safety. Together we have 37 years experience in the construction industry.
Currently we have an array of different work specialization packages and have performed various sized projects. These include (but not limited to) Building and Renovations, Plumbing, Electrical, Paving, Painting, Carpentry and Joining, Aluminium Windows and Doors as well as Fencing and Gates.
We are a fully compliant organisation and we are registered on the Central Supplier Database as requested by the Department of Treasury. We are also registered with various mandatory building industry affiliates to ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind. We are a fully VAT and Tax compliant registered business and a level 1 (Woman Owned) BEE Contributor.

All our employees are registered with The BIBC to ensure that fair labour practices are being adhered too and also to ensure they make use of all the benefits the BIBC has to offer.

In an ever changing industry and business environment it is key to stay on the forefront, our Management Team has successfully passed the tests and will soon add the NHBRC affiliation to our organisation.

We are registered with the City of Cape Town as a preferred supplier and vendor to further ensure that our customers get complete satisfaction.
